The house stands on C. San Roque, in the old centre of Villar del Arzobispo, a quiet inland village in the province of Valencia surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and pine-covered hills. Everything in the village is within a short walk, and the countryside starts at the end of the street.

Beyond the village, the Sierra Calderona natural park, the Chulilla gorges and hanging bridges, the medieval town of Chelva with its Roman aqueduct and the vineyards of the Utiel-Requena wine country are all easy day trips, and the area is popular for walking, cycling and climbing.

Valencia Airport is about 45 km away, roughly a 45 minute drive by the CV-35, and the city of Valencia itself is about 55 km. The Circuito Ricardo Tormo at Cheste is around 48 km. Free public parking is available in the streets nearby, and the property is easy to reach by car from the A-3 and CV-35 motorways.
