Yes. Free public parking is available in the streets nearby and no reservation is needed.

Breakfast is not served, but every room has its own fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and refrigerator, and there are cafes and bakeries within a couple of minutes' walk.

The house does not have a pool, restaurant or spa. There are several restaurants and bars within 100 to 200 m of the front door.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. There are family rooms, an indoor play area, board games and children's books, and a crib is available on request for children up to two years old. There are no extra beds.

Yes. Every room has its own private bathroom with bath or shower, bidet, toilet, towels and a hairdryer.

The triple room has a balcony with an inner courtyard view and the quadruple room has its own terrace and patio. The main terrace with barbecue is shared by all guests.

WiFi is available in all areas of the house and is free of charge.

Pets are not allowed and the whole property is non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted, and the minimum age for check-in is 18.

The house is in the historic centre itself, on C. San Roque, so shops, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes on foot.
